Our Executive Team

RODOLFO G. VALENCIA, more popularly known by his initials RGV, founded the RGV Group of Companies more than four decades ago. 

A product of an exclusive private school for boys and the largest school of commerce and business management in the Philippines, RGV was barely in his 20s when he topped the licensure exams for professional real estate brokers and appraisers. He went on to earn his first millions before he turned 25, and by the time he reached his early 30s, he had established the largest and fastest-growing real estate marketing company in the country.  It became a one-stop shop for real estate concerns. 

A born leader, RGV was the youngest founding director of the prestigious Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA), which serves as the umbrella organization of all real estate companies and institutions in the Philippines. He also headed the Philippine Association of Realtor Boards, the largest organization of practicing realtors in the Philippines. He was active even outside of the Philippines, becoming president of the Asia Pacific Real Estate Federation and an officer and trustee of the ASEAN Association for Planning and Housing. Aside from serving other local and international organizations in real estate, he is an active member of the Rotary Club of Manila, the first such civic club in the Philippines and in Asia. 

At the height of his success in real estate, RGV was enticed to run for public office, serving for close to 25 years as governor and congressman of his home province of Oriental Mindoro in Southern Luzon. As public servant, he was  a perennial recipient of awards and citations for outstanding service and leadership. 

His long experience in the real estate industry and his wide network of friends and colleagues at all levels of government have enabled RGV to broker some of the most significant land deals in the country. He has an enviable track record of assisting investors and landowners in achieving the highest and best use of land in key growth centers of the country.

Joanna is an alumna of the exclusive Assumption College in Makati City and has pursued various post-graduate courses related to management and real estate marketing and Interior Design.  She is a Licensed Real Estate Broker with an accreditation with HLURB, a Realtor and a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS).  She has attended conferences and seminars on real estate locally and abroad. She is an active member and an officer and past director of the Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Associations, Inc. (CREBA) and President of PhilRES (Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners) Oriental Mindoro Chapter. She represents the Chairman of the RGV Group in business and civic functions, and is, herself, actively involved in various civic organizations, such as the Rotary Club of Makati-Dasmariñas.

Nico is a graduate of business administration at the De La Salle University College of Saint Benilde and a master’s program in entrepreneurship at the Asian Institute of Management. He has more than a decade of experience in government service and almost the same amount of time in various companies engaged in real estate development and marketing. He is also one of the youngest members of the venerable Rotary Club of Manila, the first in Asia.  He was Secretary-General of Orminvest (Oriental Mindoro Investments) Foundation, Inc. and Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI).

Romy is executive assistant to the Group Chairman and performs paralegal services.  A licensed real estate broker, he graduated Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA), attended and earned units in the Masters in Business Management.  He enrolled in the College of Laws but did not finish his Bachelors of Laws due to the exigency of his military service.  A former non-commissioned officer in the defunct Philippine Constabulary, he topped the special courses in Correspondence Management and Special Narcotics Investigation. 

King is Vice President and General Manager of RGV Real Estate Center, Inc. in Oriental Mindoro.  He is a graduate of AB Political Science from the Divine Word College of Calapan (DWCC). He was the Political Affairs Officer IV in the Office of then Congressman Rodolfo G. Valencia in the House of Representatives, former member of the Board of Trustees of the Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI), and an outstanding youth leader during his stint in the Provincial Government. He is concurrently the District Deputy of the Knights of Columbus, Oriental Mindoro Chapter with about 9,000 members.

ALEX is the Manager for Sales and Marketing of RGV Real Estate Center, Inc. and Westchester Realty Corporation (WRC). He took up AB Political Science at the Divine Word College of Calapan (DWCC) but earned his BS-Nursing from the Lyceum of Batangas.  He finished his Computer Program from the United Computer Program Center (UCPC). He was Political Affairs Officer in the Congressional Office of Hon. RGV in the House of Representative, a community organizer and coordinate for Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI).

Charleston holds concurrent position as Vice President for Business Development of Westchester Realty Corporation, Valencia Estates Holdings Development, Inc. and Filipiniana Resorts Development Corporation. He was formerly the Assistant Secretary to the Board of Trustees of Mindoro Kabuhayan Foundation, Inc. (MKFI), a dynamic youth leader and community organizer.  He served as Councilor of the City of Calapan from 2016-2019.
